Meet the Principal

Dear North Middle School STARs and families,

Welcome to the North! I’m excited to partner with you as we focus every day growth; academic, social, and personal. At North, our mission is to support each STAR so they can open as many doors of opportunity as possible and have the widest range of choices after high school.

A little about me: I’ve served Everett Public Schools since 2024 as North’s assistant principal. Before that I worked as a math teacher, instructional coach, and administrator in the Highline School District. As a long-time middle school educator and a current middle school parent, I understand the unique journey of this age. I’m committed to building strong relationships with students and families so we can work together to help every STAR reach their goals.

The North Way reminds us that we are all responsible for creating a safe, respectful learning community. You’ll hear us talk about “goNorth”  a mindset that celebrates relevance and everyday growth. These ideas guide our schoolwide priorities and shape the support we provide.

North offers many clubs, sports, and classes so each STAR can find interests, build skills, and belong. I look forward to meeting you and watching our STARs grow this year.
